These terms concern access to and use of this website and the general information provided here. Visiting the website or discussing a possible project does not, by itself, create an agreement to manufacture or supply components. If a specific written agreement for a project conflicts with this general website notice, the agreed project document governs that project.

About This Website

TC Components presents custom functional die-cut components, materials, applications and manufacturing capabilities for business enquiries. This is not an online store. The current public site has no checkout, online payment, customer account or direct online ordering process.

Website Use

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit misleading information. Access to the site does not grant permission to republish its original content as your own. If you identify an error or security concern, raise it through an existing TC Components business contact.

Product and Technical Information

Descriptions of materials, applications, component functions and capabilities are a starting point for technical discussion. Examples and illustrations are not a final specification for any particular order. Material selection, dimensions, tolerances, construction, performance requirements and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in the relevant drawing, specification, approved sample, quotation or order documentation.

Requests for Quotation

A request for quotation or other enquiry invites a project review; it is not an order, an acceptance of an order or a commitment to supply. A meaningful review may draw on the information available for that project, such as drawings, dimensions, material requirements, quantity, tolerances and intended use. No single set of technical fields is mandatory for every project.

The Request a Quote page accepts project enquiries and an optional reference file in the formats and size shown on the form. Submitted details and attachments are processed by the website and sent to our sales mailbox for review. A form submission is an enquiry, not an order confirmation or a binding quotation. Please provide only information and files that you are authorized to share. See our Privacy Policy for information handling.

Quotations and Orders

Where applicable, a project quotation or order confirmation may address price, minimum quantity, tooling, sample cost, lead time, delivery, payment and the period for which an offer is available. The relevant quotation, accepted purchase order, order confirmation or other written agreement should be used to determine the terms of a specific transaction. Website content alone is not a final quotation or order confirmation.

Customer Drawings and Specifications

If you provide drawings, CAD files, specifications, artwork, samples or other technical materials through a business channel, please ensure that you are entitled to share them for project evaluation. Those materials can be used to discuss the enquiry and, if separately agreed, to carry out the project. Supplying them does not by itself transfer their ownership to TC Components. Confirm the current revision and any critical requirements before a quotation or production decision.

Samples, Prototypes and Approvals

Sampling, prototypes or approval samples may be part of a particular project where agreed. They can help confirm dimensions, material, layer construction, appearance or other requirements. The applicable project documents should state which specification, sample or approval is used before production. This website does not set a universal sample policy or automatic approval rule.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing, currency, taxes, duties, bank charges and payment timing depend on the individual transaction. They should be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation or written agreement. This website does not publish a universal payment schedule or deposit requirement.

Production and Lead Times

Project timing can depend on material availability, tooling, sample review, quantity, specification complexity and the production schedule. Any applicable lead time should be confirmed in project-specific commercial documents. General website information should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping method, delivery terms, freight charges, any Incoterms and responsibility for transportation should be stated in the applicable quotation or order documents. No single shipping term is established by this website for every project.

Intellectual Property

Original text, graphics, branding and design on this website may be protected by applicable intellectual property law. Customer-supplied drawings and specifications are not transferred to TC Components merely by being shared for an enquiry. Ownership and permitted use of project-specific tooling, designs or engineering work should be addressed in the applicable quotation or separate written agreement.

Confidential Information

Identify sensitive project information before sharing it through a business channel. If a project requires a particular confidentiality commitment, the parties should agree its scope in a separate written agreement before exchanging that information. These website terms do not themselves replace a non-disclosure agreement.
