Information you provide
The Request a Quote form collects your name, company, business email, country or region and project details. Optional fields cover phone or WhatsApp, component or project type, application, material, dimensions and estimated quantity. You may also upload one reference file: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, or a ZIP containing those formats, up to 5 MB. Only provide information and files relevant to your enquiry.
Information involved in a website visit
To deliver a requested page, the website’s hosting and content delivery infrastructure receives technical request information, such as an IP address, browser or device request headers, the requested page and the time of the request. Such information may also appear in operational or security logs.
How We Collect Information
Information reaches us when you submit the RFQ form or contact us through an existing business channel. The form also sends enquiry context when available: the source page, page type, solution, CTA location, referring page, the page leading to the RFQ form and campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term). Technical request data is received when your browser connects to this website and its infrastructure.
How We Use Your Information
Where we receive a genuine business enquiry, we use the information supplied to understand the requirements, respond, discuss materials or samples, prepare a quotation where appropriate and maintain relevant business correspondence. Technical request data is used to deliver, operate and protect the website. Information may also be used to address legal or operational issues where applicable.
RFQ and Business Communications
RFQ submissions are processed by WordPress on the website server and sent as an email notification to our sales mailbox. If you upload a file, the server validates it, temporarily prepares it as an email attachment and removes that temporary copy after the sending attempt. Copies may remain in email systems and business correspondence. The RFQ handler does not create a separate enquiry database or public media-library entry. Share only project information that you are authorized to provide; contact us first if you need to agree confidentiality arrangements.
International Data Processing
This website is intended for international business visitors. Website delivery services and business communications may involve processing in a country or region other than your own. The location and safeguards depend on the provider, the information involved and the relevant law.
Data Retention
