MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES
Custom Die Cutting & Converting Services
TC Components combines die cutting services, lamination, bonding and project-specific verification to turn flexible industrial materials into custom functional components.

CAPABILITY OVERVIEW
From material to functional component.
Custom die cutting services bring material selection, layered construction, cut geometry and verification into one project route. Each step is defined by the drawing and the intended assembly.

CORE CAPABILITY 01
Precision Die Cutting
Convert flexible films, foams and other sheet materials into the geometry an assembly requires. Profiles, holes and cutouts are reviewed together with material thickness and handling needs.
- Custom profiles and openings
- Thin and flexible materials
- Parts shaped for functional fit
CORE CAPABILITY 02
Lamination & Bonding
Combine adhesive, foam, film and other functional layers when one material alone does not meet the assembly need. Layer order, liner handling and bonding surfaces are reviewed as part of the construction.
- Adhesive and liner constructions
- Foam and film lamination
- Multi-material structures

EXTENSION OF DIE CUTTING
Prototyping & Low-Volume Production
Samples and smaller runs can help review shape, material and assembly fit before a production route is agreed.

EXTENSION OF LAMINATION
Multi-Layer Die-Cut Assemblies
Adhesive, foam, film, insulation, shielding or thermal layers can be considered together when the functional structure calls for them.
Explore Lamination & BondingQUALITY / VERIFICATION
Quality & Tolerance Control
Requirements are established from the drawing, selected material and critical features. The verification plan is agreed for the project rather than assumed from a standard part.
Drawing & material review
Confirm dimensions, construction and acceptance criteria; first-article review when specified.
In-process checks
Check defined features during conversion as the project requires.
Final verification
Review the agreed profile, dimensions and visual requirements before release.

MATERIALS WE CONVERT
Capabilities across flexible material families.
Converting begins with the material and the job it needs to do. The selected construction may involve insulation, cushioning, adhesive, shielding or thermal functions.

FAQ
Questions about our converting capabilities.
Practical answers for engineering and purchasing teams.
What materials can you die cut?
Flexible sheet materials such as insulation films, foams, rubber, silicone, adhesive constructions, shielding materials and thermal interface sheets can be considered. The grade and suitability are confirmed for each project.
Can you laminate adhesive, foam and film materials?
Yes, a construction can be reviewed with adhesive, foam and film layers where the assembly requires it. Bonding surfaces, liner and layer order need to be specified.
Can you manufacture multi-layer functional components?
Multiple compatible layers can be converted into one specified component. The structure, total thickness and handling method are reviewed against the drawing.
Do you support prototypes or low-volume production?
Prototype and smaller-run requirements can be discussed to evaluate geometry, material and assembly fit before a production route is agreed.
What information is needed to start a die-cut project?
Send a drawing or sample, function, material preference, dimensions, application conditions and estimated quantity. Include layer or liner needs if relevant.
How are dimensions and tolerances controlled?
Critical features and acceptance criteria are defined from the drawing. First-article, in-process and final checks are then agreed for the project; no universal tolerance is assumed.
Can adhesive backing be added before die cutting?
Adhesive backing and a release liner can be considered before conversion when they fit the intended material, placement method and functional interface.
Can different materials be combined into one component?
Yes, compatible materials may be layered for functions such as insulation, cushioning, bonding, shielding or thermal management. The construction is reviewed against the application.
